Intermediate Montage Course
You've gotten the basics down. Your enjoying the wide variety of amazing sounds and grooves your Montage has at your fingertips. But now you're curious about what's under the hood, and what you can get your hands on if you dig a little deeper. This course will walk you through, in plain English, some of the deeper features and functions of your Montage to help you master some of the coolness inside. Creating performances with splits, layers, scene changes, effects and even arpeggiator patterns - you're going to love it!
Your Instructor
Canadian prairie boy of Japanese descent, electronic singer-songwriter, busy daddy, and founder of the DIY School of Music. Grew up marching in the local high school band from the age of 5. Started home recording in high school. Took a Bachelor of Music degree in classical Horn and played in a symphony orchestra for four years, then formed synthpop band Caffeine Sunday. Now writing, recording and performing solo music (think Coldplay, Ben Folds and Owl City walking into a bar together...), as well as playing keys in roots rock band Original Six.
